Do comments increase traffic on your blog posts? Keywords do not specifically mean people are clicking on your listing. After doing some calculations on if keywords in listings were bringing traffic or not, it was discovered that even though keywords were mentioned within the title, that wasn’t necessarily the reason for the most traffic to a listing. Instead, more traffic resulted from when keywords were mentioned in long phrases. Comments didn’t bring as many visitors as intended, but considering that it is user-generated content it wasn’t that bad and the reduced value may be simply a result of the words appearing lower on a page.
